Terms and Conditions
1. Allocation of rooms is strictly on first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability
2. Accommodation is not guaranteed for the duration of your course. Please check with Residence Office for more details.
3. FULL rental fee is to be paid to secure the accommodation, and payment must be made before check in to the allocated room.
4. Resident, who has accepted the accommodation offer and later decided to cancel, will be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Resident must fully adhere to the latest Curtin Residence. Rules and Regulations. , Student Charter and Statute No 10
6. Smoking, alcohol and drugs consumption/ possession are strictly prohibited in the university ground and accommodation.
7. Resident is responsible for keeping their rooms and all common areas clean and tidy at all times.
8. Resident is not allowed to hang their clothes on the banisters outside the rooms or on the window railing.
9. Resident is not allowed to hang any articles outside the rooms, windows and the accommodation buildings, except at the designated areas.
10.Curtin reserves the right to terminate the tenancy, and if necessary to remove the resident from campus,
     when the resident breach any Curtin Residence Rules and Regulations, Curtin Academic standing status
     been terminated, breach to Immigration requirements, and/or any breaches to Malaysia Law and Regulations.
11.Resident consents to the collection, use, processing, disclosure and retention by Curtin of their personal
     data under the terms of Curtin Privacy policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in Malaysia.
